I am Kathleen Ribeiro, the founder of KMService, an Operations Officer for female small business owners and professionals. I understand the challenges of running a business and balancing multiple priorities. That's why I created KMService to help female entrepreneurs stay organized, focused, and on track.
Growing up as the daughter of Brazilian immigrants has shaped me in countless ways. I am grateful to have inherited a strong work ethic, a love of adventure, and the gift of being bilingual. Today, I live a nomadic lifestyle, traveling the United States in a custom-built van, and I couldn't be happier.
I have a deep love for my furry friends, coffee, fiction, and project management. In my leisure time, I enjoy indulging in a good book, taking nature walks with my pups, savoring a freshly brewed cup of coffee, or unwinding with a well-deserved glass of wine. These passions bring balance to my life and help me stay grounded.
Assisting fellow female entrepreneurs is always a pleasure. Sharing my expertise and insights with others, and witnessing their success is incredibly gratifying. The satisfaction of knowing that I have contributed to someone's accomplishment is immeasurable and truly the best reward.
